Consent to Transfer of Personal Information to Third-Party AI Services

This consent form is provided separately from the Privacy Policy (2026-08-11) and follows its effective date. It restates the third-party AI service transfers described in Articles 5, 6, 10 and 11 of the Privacy Policy in consent form.
Recipients, Purposes, Items, and Retention Periods
Vooy Korea Inc. (the "Company") transfers users' personal information to third-party AI services as described below to provide vooy's AI agent service.

Transfers are made through encrypted communications when the service is used. The AI model provider that actually processes each request may differ depending on the AI model the user selects and the processing conditions.
Protection of Personal Information by Recipients
The Company configures and manages OpenRouter and the AI model providers called through OpenRouter so that information received from the Company is not used to develop, improve, or train their own models, and is processed only as necessary to provide the service the user requested.
The Company's agreements with recipients set out the prohibition on processing personal information beyond the outsourced purpose, technical and administrative safeguards, restrictions on further outsourcing, and management and supervision. Google API User Data is not used for advertising, marketing, or developing, improving, or training AI/ML models.
Right to Refuse and Consequences of Refusal
You have the right to refuse the transfer of your personal information to third-party AI services. However, because vooy's conversation and task features are provided through third-party AI services, if you do not agree to this required consent, sign-up and use of the service will be restricted.
Withdrawal of Consent
You can withdraw this consent by deleting your account in the service or by contacting privacy@vooy.com or support@vooy.com. Upon receiving a withdrawal request, the Company will verify your identity and stop transferring personal information to third-party AI services without delay.
